When playing the demo of Forza 3 I always wanted to know if you could adjust the cockpit view to allow you to see more of the car as I felt my face was constantly squashed to the windscreen. After snooping around a bit I've managed to figure out a random fix which allows you to zoom out slightly so you can view the whole cockpit as seen in the above picture. Here is how you do it:

1. At the main menu choose "Forza 3 Motorspot" then "My Profile" and scroll down to "multiscreen setup (yes even though you only have 1 screen)
2. Now change your settings as followed:
3. • Multiscreen: On
   • Mode: Host
   • Channel: 0
   • View: Center
   • Degrees Hidden: 0 
   • Degrees between screens: 60-80 (whatever you prefer)
4. This will restart your Xbox and you should have a much better FOV (Field of View)
