Another sad day for the British gaming industry as Activision has yet again destroyed a game company. It's only a few months since Realtime Worlds closed it doors and now we are given the grave news that Bizzare Creations is due to be sold or closed for not meeting sales targets. Gone are the days of Geometry Wars and Project Gotham Racing unless Microsoft may be interested in re-buying the studio to continue the series. The above image sticks in my mind as the launch of the Xbox 360 that image alone impressed me so much and to add to that the game was actually fantastic and probably the best launch title for the 360 in my opinion. Let's hope a buyer appears and that these awesome developers (not so much since the Activision takeover) can keep developing innovative titles.
