Here is how to enable bezel management on ATI Eyfinity with CCC 10.3

The latest version of ATI Drivers and Catalyst Software update 10.3 preview has been leaked onto the interwebs and I'm going to take a risk to check them out for you guys. I'm mainly trying these drivers out so soon as I would love to finally have bezel management for Eyefinity game resolutions, also I haven't upgraded my drivers in a while (9.12) so I might see a fair performance gain. Aion Preview - Beta 2

Great art in Aion Beta 2

I was given a pre-order key to the new NCSoft MMO Aion which allowed me access to their new beta, so I thought I'd write a little preview on my weekend experience with Aion. To start of with I got my key fairly late so I didn't start downloading the Aion client until an hour before the servers went live so as you could probably guess the NCSoft launcher was getting hammered and download at about 80kbs which meant I wouldn't be playing the beta until the next day. I was reading the Aion Source forums at the time when the servers launched and there seemed to be a huge congestion problem which is understandable. But they were rectified within an hour which is pretty good going for a beta. Keep reading for more preview goodness:

What's New in Windows 7?

Bet you didn't know Windows 7 had a personal theme for GB

Bet you didn't know that the Windows 7 Beta came with a personal theme just for Great Britain, with classic seneic views of the British countryside. Along with this custom theme comes the new featuring allowing you to set slideshow style backgrounds where the wallpaper will change to one of your selected images over your chosen time period. I'm already using this and I think it's a great little feature and really easy to use for anyone to add a little variety to their operating system.

Little Big Planet Beta

LBP Beta

Time for my first preview and I must say it does feel kind of special. I was lucky enough to get into the Little Big Planet Beta fairly early on by winning a code from 1UP and I thought as I was lucky enough to get on early I should calibrate a short preview for all to read who weren't lucky enough to get their hands on the beta, although keys are a lot easier to get your hands on now with the open beta opening next week. For those who haven't heard about Little Big Planet before here is a quick rundown. LBP (little Big Planet) is a 3D side scrolling platformer at heart but opens up into much more with a little imagination. LBP has 2 main features which differ ates itself with other side scrolling games and they are creation and co-op. Creation allows you to create almost anything you want and I believe all the levels created in the main story of LBP have been created using the same engine/tools that you have access to meaning after a few weeks you will start seeing some pretty amazing stuff. With co-op it allows for more complex puzzles along with the hilarity of jumping around 3 of your mates, also certain game features allow for that competitive style gameplay always ending in anger with the winner. Then add funny emotions, smacking your friends and waving your arms around for complete comedy value. Now onto my impressions.
