 There isn't much to say about these laptops so I'll keep this one short. We recently purchased some super media-capable Sony Viao laptops for our ICT staff members, we had 4 in total which all needed setting up. Fairly basic one this as the ICT teachers wanted to keep Windows Vista so it was just a case of removing the 500000 bundle software packages which Sony love chucking in and install our systems plus updates. Once removing all of the unneeded software I made sure that Windows had its latest updates which installing our anti-virus system and mapping the needed network drivers for the staff members. I then went about collecting the serials and smart watering (UV light detection) the laptops for security and audit reasons. Overall very simple task but something I should put on the website as I'm not always building new computer rooms. Read more for an extra picture:
